  4. Payment and preparation
    Once terms are agreed and compliance is cleared, the buyer arranges payment according to the SPA. The bar or bars are then prepared, verified and packaged in tamper-evident form with all required export documents.
  5. Insured shipment
    The shipment is booked with an approved logistics or security partner. Export clearance is completed in the country of origin, and the gold is shipped under full insurance to the agreed destination airport, refinery or vault.
  6. Arrival and final handling
    On arrival, the buyer or their appointed agent manages local customs clearance, import duties, taxes, broker fees and refinery charges in the destination country, as defined in the SPA and agreed Incoterms.
