Order and delivery process

1. Initial contact
   Contact our bullion desk to confirm quantity, preferred bar configuration, destination and nominated refinery or vault.
2. Pricing and SPA
   We provide a draft Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and/or pro forma invoice. Pricing is based on the current international gold price and confirmed at the time of order.
3. Compliance (KYC / AML)
   Buyer completes standard KYC and AML checks. This includes company documents where applicable and acceptable proof of source of funds. Compliance approval is mandatory before we accept payment or schedule any shipment.
4. Payment and preparation
   Once terms are agreed and compliance is cleared, the buyer arranges payment according to the SPA. The bars are then prepared, verified and packaged with all required export documents.
5. Insured shipment
   The shipment is booked with an approved logistics or security partner. Export clearance is completed in the country of origin, and the gold is shipped under full insurance to the agreed destination airport, refinery or vault.
6. Arrival and final handling
   On arrival, the buyer or their appointed agent manages local customs clearance, import duties, taxes, customs broker fees and refinery charges in the destination country, as defined in the SPA and agreed Incoterms.

Congo Rare Minerals operates under full KYC and AML compliance. All buyers must be prepared to:

• Provide valid identification and company documents where applicable
• Demonstrate acceptable source of funds for the transaction
• Work with recognized banks, refineries, vaults or regulated intermediaries
