Choosing a bar
Smaller bars (100 g) offer maximum flexibility to resell in parts; 1 kg bars are the widely traded standard. For a deeper look, see our guides on gold bars for sale in Africa, bar sizes and dore vs refined vs 999.9.
Verification and documentation
Purity is confirmed by assay, never a verbal claim. Check the three-way match between the bar serial number, the bar list and the assay report, and arrange independent or refinery testing before settlement. See how to verify 999.9 gold.
