Current CRM purchase procedure
Updated October 4, 2026. Individuals and companies may submit personal or company details, contact information, quantity, preferred purity, and a nominated refinery or delivery address. After acceptance of the purchase procedure, CRM sends an FCO for review and signature. The FCO and SPA confirm the order terms.
Orders of 5 kg and above require a 10% deposit of the agreed purchase value before shipment. The deposit is part of the purchase price and is credited against the final balance. After receipt, CRM arranges export documentation and transportation to the nominated refinery or agreed address.
For refinery deliveries, the final balance is due within 24 hours of assay confirmation, based on the agreed price and confirmed weight and purity, less the deposit. Client-address testing, acceptance and payment timing are stated in the FCO and SPA. Ownership transfers after final payment is received.
Testing purchases from 100 g to 4 kg are available in 23K or 24K. Prices, payment and delivery terms are confirmed separately before ordering. The bulk deposit schedule does not automatically apply to testing purchases.
Accepted payment methods are SWIFT bank wire, USDT on TRC20 or ERC20, and Bitcoin (BTC), using instructions on the invoice or signed agreement. CRM does not accept escrow, documentary letters of credit or similar banking instruments.
Relevant shipment documents include the assay report, Certificate of Origin, export permit and shipping details. Shipment terms and cost responsibilities are confirmed in the signed FCO and executed SPA; the SPA governs any differences. Read the purchase process or view the current FAQ.
If you want real gold with a clean conscience—and a fat ROI—then you need ethical gold straight from the motherland. Africa is ground zero for some of the world’s richest deposits, but it’s also home to dirty mining, smuggling rings, and blood-soaked trade. This guide will show you how to buy certified, conflict-free gold direct from African mines while staying safe, legal, and profitable.
What Is Ethical Gold?
Ethical gold is:
- Conflict-free: No connection to armed groups or child labor.
- Fairly traded: Miners paid living wages and treated with dignity.
- Environmentally conscious: Extracted with minimal impact.
It’s the gold investors are demanding—and smart traders are cashing in on.
Why Africa?
- High-Grade Deposits: DRC, Uganda, Ghana, and South Sudan hold some of the world’s purest gold.
- Direct-from-source Pricing: Skip middlemen, buy close to the mine.
- Explosive Growth: Demand for traceable African gold is rising fast.
Step 1: Identify Certified Suppliers
Not every mine is clean. Look for:
- Traceability Systems: Blockchain or paper trail showing origin.
- Memberships: LBMA, OECD compliance, Fairmined, or Alliance for Responsible Mining.
- Public Documentation: Export licenses, mining permits, inspection reports.
Step 2: Vet the Operation
Fly in. Or get on a video call. Ask for:
- Site photos & live footage
- Miner interviews or bios
- Proof of community impact or sustainability projects
Legit operations won’t flinch—they’ll have it ready.
Step 3: Secure the Deal Right
- Contract Everything: Amount, purity, delivery terms, refund clauses.
- Accepted payment methods are SWIFT bank wire, USDT on TRC20 or ERC20, and Bitcoin (BTC), using instructions on the invoice or signed agreement. CRM does not accept escrow, documentary letters of credit or similar banking instruments.
- Verification: Always test the gold upon delivery with XRF, fire assay, or third-party labs.
Step 4: Handle Logistics
- Export/Import Documents: Ensure all customs paperwork is airtight.
- Insured Shipping: Use Brinks, Malca-Amit, or Ferris for top-tier armored logistics.
- Storage: Deliver to a certified vault or personal safe deposit box.
Red Flags to Avoid
- No Paper Trail: If they say “too risky to show documents,” walk away.
- Too Cheap to Be Real: Below spot price with no legit reason = scam.
- Pressure Tactics: Real miners don’t rush. Hustlers do.
