This guide explains the current Congo Rare Minerals purchase procedure. Availability, price, purity, testing and delivery terms are confirmed for each order.
1. Choose your quantity and purity
Review the Gold Bars page and request the product, quantity and purity you need. The bulk procedure applies to 5 kg and above. Testing purchases from 100 g to 4 kg in 23K or 24K have separately agreed pricing, payment and delivery terms.
2. Submit personal or company details
Individuals and companies are welcome. Provide your name or company name, contact details, quantity, purity and nominated refinery or delivery address through the Request Quote page.
3. Accept the procedure and review the FCO
After accepting the procedure, you receive a Full Corporate Offer (FCO) for review and signature. Confirm the agreed price, purity, documentation, delivery and payment terms in the FCO/SPA. The signed SPA governs discrepancies.
4. Pay the bulk deposit before shipment
For purchases of 5 kg and above, pay the 10% deposit of the agreed purchase value before shipment. It is credited toward the final amount. Accepted methods are SWIFT bank transfer, USDT on TRC20 or ERC20, and BTC, following the invoice or signed agreement. CRM does not accept escrow under the current procedure.
5. Export documents and transportation
After the deposit, CRM coordinates export documentation and transportation to your nominated refinery or agreed address. Confirm the applicable assay report, certificate of origin, export permit and shipping details, together with insurance, route and cost responsibilities in the FCO/SPA.
6. Testing and final balance
At the refinery, final weight and purity are confirmed. The balance is based on the agreed price and confirmed weight and purity, less the deposit, and is due within 24 hours of assay confirmation. For delivery to a client address, testing, acceptance and payment timing are specified in the FCO/SPA.
7. Ownership transfer
Ownership transfers after final payment. Keep the signed agreement, invoice, testing and shipping documents for your records.
